Dana Lundy

Dana Lundy is the Executive Director of the New England Head Start Association (NEHSA). She joined NEHSA in 2011, with an extensive background of working on behalf of children and families for more than 30 years.  Her previous professional experience includes six years as the Operations Manager and Family Services Manager for a Head Start (birth-5) grantee in Maine.  Additionally she has worked in a variety of positions including those of Welfare-To-Work Coordinator, Area Agency on Aging Director, Program Specialist for the Maine Department of Human Services’ Office of Child Care Coordination, and as the Assistant Director of a multi-service child care agency.

Dana holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Bates College, a Master of Science Degree in Human Services Administration from Wheelock College, and she is a Licensed Social Worker in the State of Maine.
